Hey there i have a friend with a 79 kawasaki drifter 440 and he wants to get some plastic skis and i was wondering iff you can even get any for the leaf spring suspension and where you could... any info will be much appriciated... Thanks Alot...

i would highly suggest you don't worry about trying to find plastic skis to frit such an old machine, it would be better to save some money up and get a newer sled because if hes lookin to plastic skis on such an old machine, what is he looking to get out of it?

ok thanks.. so it would be better just too get some ski skins... its also only his first sled but ill let him know..thanks

yes ski skins are the way to go, i've run them on every metal skiied sled i've owned/own. If you change your wearbars before they are badly wore, you can run a pair of skins forever lol.
