Question J Hooks and handwarmers

Not sure if this fits here or not but ill try it.......

i added j hooks to my 2000 mxz last week, and lost my hand warmers in the process of doing so. the stock handwarmer wires run between the bar end and the grip and travel through the bars. The J hooks are a tight fit into the bar ends, and leaves no room for the handwarmer wires. is there a Way to re route the wires and retain both features? i love the j hooks, they greatly improve aggresive riding, but my digits got chilled after dark when the temps dipped below 0. has anyone added the hooks and retained there handwarmers? any input is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

thanks, but i found a way to get the best of both worlds

on another site i posted the same question and actually got a response....... ill pass it along, for those that might be interested.

remove grips from bars, cut handwarmer wires where they come out of the center of the bar, pull back out bar end, run wires flat on top of bar(underneith where grips go), feed wires along with all the other wires/hoses, reconnect wires, install grips. did this last week and have my hand warmers back. you can feel the wires under the grips, so i recommend running them on the bottom of the bar where your fingers wont feel them as much. also, another FYI, hairspray works miracles for removing/installing grips, aerosol is better than pump for this.
