1978 artic cat lynx track

Hello, My girlfriends dad gave me a running artic cat lynx, but the track is shredded almost in half. Can anyone tell me what size track I need to buy. I am looking on e-bay for one but want to be 100% sure before I buy. This is my first sled that has been in running shape. Thank You. He also gave me a 1979(?) Kawasaki Drifter sb440-a4, if you can offer any info on either one of these sleds please drop me a line. tim

Sounds like she's a keeper... or at least her DAD is!

Wish I knew the size... I have an '80 Jag. You could check part numbers on Brown's. That might help you cross it to another year/model at least.

BTW- I was looking for your sled on Brown's. I don't think you have a '78 Lynx. I see a 71, 72, 74, 79, and 80. That's it. Maybe you have a '79...???

Thanks, After looking into it a little more, It is a 1979. Thanks for pointing me to Browns as well. The schematics are much needed. I wish they were rideable right now, we have 7" here in Indianapolis. Thanks again Tim

You're welcome! Brown's is a great resource! I've put many things back together with the help of their exploded drawings.

Now, if we could get some *real* snow here... I could go out riding.
