How do you like it? Is it easy to start without a choke?

Well I didn't really get a lot of time to try it. Went up thew street once, and it was a night and day difference, but before I was running a 600 vs holley. Starting is ok, just have to pump it, and give it some gas (would be REALLY annoying in the cold). Nothing to horrible, it doesn't get to the point where it keeps stalling. As for ease of tuning, its simply amazing. Right out of the box, it fired and ran good. All I did was adjust the float bowls, and idle screws. The motor is now pulled to make way for a stroker But just as everyone else told me, I'll never put any other carb on anything.

I've got a Holley Street Dominator, which I love and it's easy to tune. I mainly bought it for the choke, which I really need in the spring and fall here, but never really looked at the Grants. Probably should have...

There really isn't much difference between them, as a demon is just based off a holley. I was looking at the hp series holley's, but the demon was on sale, so I thought I would give it a shot.

I used to have an Edelbrock, but find the Holley much more tuneable.
