I have a 79 Ski Doo 440, I can't get the lights to work. I checked for loose wires and see nothing. They worked last season, but can't figure it out. Any suggestions.

is your voltage regulator still good, mine seem to go every season. i'm not sure why, also check your bulbs.

There is also a lighting coil under the flywheel. Start up the sled and put a volt meter on the wires that go to the regulator from the engine. They should be around 30VAC.

Thanks, I've been farting around with it as soon as I get things finished on my car I'm going to get started on the sled.
