Graphics kits

I have a 05 Rev 500ss and i was ok with the stock body grapchics for a year now they have to go. I just bought a nice graphics kits for it and i was wondering what would work the best to remove the stock ones. I thought about a heat gun but i am worried that it will hurt the body? I want the old graphics off and i dont want to be able to see the old adhesive from them, so if you have any ideas or tips let me now. Thanks

Run heat gun on low setting, don't get too close or hold in one spot. Keep it moving. It don't take alot of heat to remove them.

Hair dryer & use WD-40, paint thinner, or even gas to remove sticky residue!
