Mountain Bars
I was looking at one of these mountain bars but i don't know how they're held on. Does anybody know and do you have to cut holes in the handlebar pad?

Depending on your handlebar pad style yes you might have you drill holes in them. I know the stock RMK/SKS had holes in their pads.
They attach via a U shaped bolt that wraps around the bars with threads on either end of the U.
