i have a 00 formula z 700, and ive seen split headlights on some of them, but mine doesnt have it. is there a kit for this? or will i need a different hood and in that case its not worth it to me?

also, where can i get yellow grille inserts?

you would need to atleast modify your hood because they're a different shape. My 99' mxz 670 has a square headlight but i've seen 99' mxz 600's with split contoured ones. Makes no sense to me. Why not just paint the grill inserts you have? save some money.

The headlight is the same between the 2 sleds. It's just a cover. The one off a 2002 is split (makes it look like it has 2 headlights) and will go right onto yours without any modifications. Hope this helps.

i guess ebay or a junkyard would be the way to go.

why not paint the ones i have? i thought about it, and if i could find a second set of even black ones i would, i just wouldnt want to screw up. my buddys all rag on me because my car is about 7 different colors, body panels from swap meets, primer, weld spots...id rather have a second set to paint, especially because i finally have something nice. by the way im 16 and have to buy all my own stuff, wich is why i dont have that much.
