ZR 600 stock settings?

I just bought a 2000 ZR 600 Carburated also known as the Millenium edition. It was piped, had a clutch kit and other mods, but burnt up, I rebuilt the top end, but don't want to do it again. Does anyone know the stock carb settings @ around zero degrees and sea level, clutch weight/spring color? Clutch engages at about 5500rpm, 1/2 throttle at 8000, and openning it up comes up over 9000, is this too high?
