when i bought this 02 mxz renegade i was told there was a clutch kit in it? now how do i go about figureing out what is actual in the sled? and also what is a good combo for the gearing to make the sled snappier off the line? thanks!

You usually need to disassemble the clutch to see the numbers on the weights, and you go by the color of the spring.
