Dyno Tech site posts a lot of info that is relevant to our usage, not just the outrageous HP machines. Recent article spoke about HP LOSSES with modified airboxes and exhaust cans.

Thats really not that much considering i have a 89 polaris 650, still drag race it and we dynoed close to 200 horsepower with c16 race fuel, my sled is only bored 40 over and was done by hot to go racing in new york and still runs 5.00s at 97-99mph in 500 feet... shes a beast for a 89, these guys running 3500 to 4000 feet and running only 125-130 thats pathetic!!!
