Drop a tooth on the top sprocket, or go up 1 on the bottom sprocket.

This way you can use the stock chain and only have to adjust the chain tensioner.

BUT....does this have diamond drive...cus if it does I have NFC how you could 'gear' down since I thought diamond drive was gearless.

it doesnt have DD, also clutch for low end.

sno pro clutching was a, black primary w/49 gram weights. it has a green cat secondary w/ a 62 54 helix. gearing was a 20 43.

you now have yellow white primary w/ 63 gram weights. you also have a red white secondary w/ 53 helix. gearing is a 22 41

Try riding it first, cause I think you'll find that it won't need any more bottom end. They will yank your shoulders pretty good!!

If you find you need more low end, go get yourself a bigger jock strap, cause you must have some pretty big coconuts!!

F7 Standard gearing 24/39
F7 Sno Pro gearing 23/40

SP is geared for the low-end already!

I would never "gear down" a twin. Just clutch it to get what you want. 24/39 was the best gearing for the 03 F7.

23/41 is Way Low! As for top end it will only pull about 100-105!

Remember, he's going to be turning a longer track and in powder.
The key here is to have that track turning all the time, and at lower torque ratings than we use as trail riders. Top speed is not the object here.
