Are you SURE it's no spark? See if you can get an inline spark tester for it to make sure. If no spark, disconnect the key/kill switches and see if those may be it. If that doesn't do it, maybe the throttle position magnets on the side of the carbs may be messed up. Try those things first.

oh boy i had fun with that on my ski-doo. I hooked up a kill switch which is missing the peice that goes over it so it killed the spart to the engine. I bought a new coil and CDI box with negative results. We had a friend come over and in about 1 minute flat he had it running. I was so mad i wasted that money on the CDI box and coil.

some things to check...

malfunctioning ignition switch, shorting wiring harness, malfunctioning emergency stop switch, defective tether or tether disconnected (loose wire), throttle monitor switch out of adjustment or malfunctioning, bad plug wires or spark plug caps, CDI defective, charge coil in the stator defective...

some are easy, some are expensive... I work from cheap and easy to hard and expensive

On my 94 580, my problem with no spark was throttle free play and the throttle position sensors. You can try jumping the throttle position cable to see if the sensors are out of adjustment... AC put a throttle cable jumper in their tool kit with a lot of the sleds because that is pretty common.

hope that helps!

Dan

Like BC Dan said start with the easy and inexpensive stuf first, then move on to the more difficult and expensive. I had the same problem with my XLT last year. You have come to the right place for help. That's why I stayed here on this site. Noone will jerk your chain here. good luck. Hope you get your problem fixed
