Suspension bolts

any good ideas on removing the bolts that hold the bogie wheels? I am talk about the ones that share the shaft. Every time only one comes loose, then i cannot keep the other from just turning the shaft.

Impact wrench (air wrench) is the easiest way.

If you do not have an air wrench, only hand tools, a large pair of vicegrips clamped on the overshaft will generally hold ot so that you can turn the other bolt out. It helps if you tignten the one in that you started with and loosen the other one first.
