Hi I have a 2001 zl500efi and like to find out how to check the.fuel psi for the fuel pump. the sled will go up to about 35-40mile hour and fall on face like it s not getting fuel.check all the easy things,I was tode it may be the fuel pump dont know how to check it.l

Does it die and then come back to life when u hit the throttle???????

Could also be the throttle position sensor.You need a pressure guage to test the pump.
