2003 F7 track good deal?

I have just a stock 2003 F7 non sno pro EFI and 128x13.5 track. The track is pretty spanked and I'm looking at another one. The one I found is I believe is a camoplast one, it has more finger looking lugs than paddle so maybe it's a ripsaw? Only 96 studs and none pulled through for 250 bucks. Good buy?

Tracks around here go anywhere from $100-$400 used.

Sure it's a 128, and not a 121?
