zr 800 heat exchanger

Hey guys ripped a stud out of my track and took out the front heat exchanger on a 2001 zr 600. has anyone replaced one of these? arctic cat says i need a new bulkhead to replace it. i see some rivits at the top but not the bottom.

Remove track and have it tig welded.

You could remove the suspension, drill out the rivets and remove it!

Huh... I thought those exchangers were part of the bulkhead!
