Powder coated Skid.. Jackpot!

So I got my skid back from powder coating finally....Man am i a Happy dude.

Still in progress of re-assembly I am waiting for a few new washers and wheels but here are some pics. Also this year i just did all 4 bearings so while i was at it I paited the 4 corner motor mounts and the Caliper/Jack-shaft orange. Going for just a Black/Orange look.

I am super happy with the overall results tho. Also i went to True Value and got all new Grade 8 nuts/lock-washers/ and Nylocks.

Cost me $26 for every single bolt on the skid. I was able to match them up in about 20 minutes.

Clearly this is overboard but hey! that's what its all about

I had it done by a Coater down the street from me. There are like 5 painters within 10 min of me and the amount of sandblasting involved i didn't want to deal with it.

Here It is all back together. Ill get better shots later when I can.

Super Fresh 98 XC skid. Notice i added the Sno Pro Rail braces from a 2000 and also i added the 2000 Front shock brace which is more reinforced and a additional Cross shaft in the back. I got 4 orange wheels and the rest I replaced all the bearings with some SKF bearings.

All new Grade 8 and Stainless hardware and i replaced both the front shock shafts and rear arm shafts and new bolts.
