1994 arctic cat jag starts hard, runs, then dies

Just started yesterday. Had sled for 3 years. Put 30-40 miles on it over weekend. Rode it yesterday few different times ran fine. Went down fired it up and ran for few minutes then died like you hit kill switch. Took forever to get restarted and it would do same thing. Didn't matter if you had throttle open or just putting around it would do it. Been trying to research but don't know where to start. Always ran fine before would idle, never die, but now you can pull till you are blue, get it started ride for few minutes then dies. No onset showing signs of something happening. Please help!

Hard starting points to either weak spark, insufficient fuel, or low compression.
You need to determine which it is.

I pulled carb off and got it soaking and getting that cleaned up. There was plenty of fuel in the bowl. Everything seemed good there. Hoping maybe jets were just a little clogged up.

My least concern is starting because it always use to start in few pulls. When warm start with one pull. My concern is why is shuts down. Buddy mentioned stator, bunch of things he rambled. Tuning it simple because it just started to act up.

Just remove all the jets and floss then spray them out!
