just a quick question for Cat riders, was wondering if contract with Suzuki had expired? and if so, who makes the new engines? thoughts on new engines and sleds in general for 2013...... btw new CATS look awesome!

Yes Cat is still useing Suzuki. 2014 Cat will be makeing there own engine!

ok, thx...wasn't too sure. Suzuki make good engines, not too sure why they're stopping, but at least they'll be made in the u.s. i suppose.

And Im scared to death over that too! Look at the problems Polaris had with that! Growing pains I guess! I just hope that Cat has the rights to both the 800 and the 1100 turbo! And come with a new 600!

ya didn't Polaris used to have Fuji Engines?

fuji, aka subaru engines. (there was some ownership agreement way back, look at the polaris and subaru logos'...) When they switched to the US made liberty engines they started dropping them like flies. Couldn't keep bearings in one piece for more than a season or two!
