New kitty cat for the kids

Hey guys I picked up this 1978 kitty cat for my kids. I cleaned the carb and it fired right up. Anyone know any quick mods? My 4 year old already wants it faster. New kitty cat for the kids-imageuploadedbysnowmobile1356730103.350475.jpg

I was reading through some posts an seen you had said that. I'm not sure what you mean. Through the spring to keep it compressed?

I'll do the zip tie today an see how it goes. My sons only 4 an he's a daredevil so I have to watch him for now. He's been on a 110cc 4 wheeler for a long time so he can control but snow is new to him. The first time he rode the sled he said he will ride it again when there's no snow. Lol then he rode again an he loves it.

That recmotors has a ton of stuff. I did the zip tie trick. Pick up a little. I'm gonna let the kids ride it for a while and get into it. I just seen a ski doo 120 on criagslist for 950. I think it's a 2001. Looks nice. Now I need to talk the wife into it.

Sprockets in those little sleds tend to make a noticeable difference.
