I was rebuilding the Mikuni VM 38 carbs on my 98 ZL500 and I lost one of the spring clips that prevent the float needle from dropping out of the seat. I checked the Cat parts catalog and found that it's only available as a needle and seat set at a cost of around $40.00 CDN! Does anyone know where I can get one at a reasonable cost?
The picture is from the other carb with the clip still installed.

You can run without it if you had too! But try HPE and get an aftermarket for like $10!
