When u pulled the old plugs and replaced them, how did they look? What color.
Sounds to me like you need to clean your carbs. And depending on the year i would replace the pilot jets and main jets. A service manual will tell u the stock jets for that sled. I would also give the clutches a cleaning. Use some compressed air to get any belt dust out of there.

I cant tell if its just the flash or what in the second picture. But looks to me like that plug is a little white. Could be a lean condition. I would deffinately clean the carbs and see what kind of results u get. Good luck.

I was thinking the same! Take the carbs apart and take the Pilot jets (up the tube) and 'floss them with a thin piece of wire!

You really have to remove the carbs to clean them properly.

You can have both of those carbs off the sled and on your workbench in 10 minutes. You really need to completely disassemble and thoroughly clean the carbs.

I can have all 3 of mine off my indy triple in 5. I disconect the throttle from the lever and the choke also from the lever, loosen gas line clamps and intake boot clamps (that holds carbs on) and pull lines then carbs out!

Unscrew the large round caps on the top of the carbs pull out the slide and needle assemblies (still attached to the cables) and gently lay them out of the way. Using a 12 mm wrench unscrew and pull out the enricheners (choke) and lay them out of the way too. All that is left at this point are the fuel lines but make sure the fuel valve is shut off before you remove those.

Make sure you remove the main jet tube (the tall brass one that you see when you look through the carb) it's like a tube inside a tube and it needs to be very clean, spray carb cleaner into it and blow out with compressed air. Soaking the carbs in carb cleaning solvent is best but most people don't have it so the aerosol carb cleaner is the next best thing.

The best tip is to use a heat gun to warm up the rubber boots, to softern to get the carbs off! Check out the How too section!
