1996 Thundercat 900 questions

Hi all,
I have a 96 Tcat 900. Does anyone know how to do a ski alignment and know the distance between the skis? I dont have a manual for this sled. Im pretty handy with this stuff so i planned on doing 90% of the tune up myself except for the carbs. First one since ive owned it. Probably hasnt been tuned up for 6 years. Anyone know of a good but price friendly cat shop around southern NH that can tune up my carbs?

You want 1/8th inch toe out as far as the ski's go. Just use a tape measure and measure in the center of the ski

You first set up one side as parallel with the track.
A long straight piece of lumber will do, then set toe out as described above.

Yep and the carbs a pretty simple to do too!
A 2x4 along the edge of the track and hold the bars straight!Adjust that side, then mesure over to the other, make the front a 1/16th wider or so!

1/8" to as much as 1/4" toe out is better [depending on what skis you have] as that will reduce darting and steer.
