ECU Error Codes - Bad ECU??

I have a 1996 Arctic Cat Pantera that has been flashing two error codes. Air temp sensor and Water Temp Sensor. I have checked wires, cleaned grounds, and replaced the two sensors but still have the same codes flashing. It is preventing the sled from starting as there is no spark. Could it be a bad ECU???

Did you unplug the battery to erase the codes and rest the ECU?
