First I want to thank you for your help and reply! with out guys like you this forum will not be the same! thanks!!

I took all my gears and my chain at the local arctic cat dealer today and the mecanique said too buy a new chain the drive gears and spring retainer and every tings will be fine!

I got a last question hehe sorry! BUT! any one have any clue why my spring retainer was use so bad like that!? i chek the bottom bearing it look find! sould I change it!?? the space was instal. i can't understand but it must have some tings wrong no!?? thanks!!!

Since you have it this far apart, now would be a good time to check the drive shaft bearing [where the speedometer attaches] to see if it may need replacing soon.
If so, I would replace both bearings for peace of mind and as preventive maintenance.

Good advise RJ!!! I just jack my sled and chek both bearing look very good to me! i found good price for my parts in my local dealer i will put a 18 teeth for my drive gear (stock one is a 19) It will be slower but i dont care. they have every all in stock exept one small sring!! hehehe so meaby monday i will have all!

help!!!!! I need I just recive all my parts but. the spring retainer on the bottom gears still rubbing on the 3 bolts from the bearing flange. the speacer is instal I dont know wath to do!?? here some new pics thanks for your help!! https://plus.google.com/photos/11360...24435712716561

Almost looks like you put the chain sprocket on wrong way out.

Hi every one!! Today i but all the parts together and every tings fir wright! the forward work great! but NOT the revese! my fork is at the good place. ist not the ajustement becuse i remove the linkage too make sure and actionat by hand. I feel the spring tension and every tings but no reverve!! need help please!!
