Nothing happening

97 zrt 800. It seems to have spark, and it's fouling plugs but I can't seem to get the thing to run. I had it out on the lake last weekend and I think I sucked a bit of snow. It was bogging out for a bit and then it was running fine. I brought it back home and then I went to start it and it would not run. I cleaned out the carbs and there was a bit of water in the floats. Still there is no firing. I even tried a couple of sets of plugs and no go. Any suggestions that I can try? I did a compression test and two cylinders have about 113psi and the pto has about 95psi. Is that anything to worry about? Anyways any help would be appreciated.

That's pretty low compression. If you did suck in some snow you could have wrecked a piston. Compression is "good" above 120 lbs so your pretty low. Good Luck!

Check the PTO cylinder. 95 is low. But it should still run on the other two cylinders.
