You buy a new exchanger. It rivets to the chassis.

Looks to be one piece: http://www.brownsleisureworld.com/Pa...98ZR600EFILEXC(98ZRC-1998)/COOLINGASSEMBLY.htm
this shows it better:
http://www.brownsleisureworld.com/Pa...98ZR600EFILEXC(98ZRC-1998)/FRONTFRAMEANDFOOTRESTASSEMBLY.htm
Are you sure that's where it's coming from? Lots of hoses up there that could be leaking...
Is your sled studded?
WHY don't the Brown's links work anymore??? They used to... Now you have to click on the link in the posting, and then cut and paste the rest of the link text onto the end.

Well... theres a hole about the size of a pencil eraser. Would you guys suggest using JB Weld or some other type of epoxy for aluminum? Otherwise my friend can tig it up for me this weekend, but I would have to pull the track to get the gun up there. Plus, its gonna be 40 everyday after this weekend for a while and I was hoping to get some riding in before the weekend.

I would really recommend useing the TIG welder on it. It will be a permanent fix and not a cob job that you have to worry about breaking 100 miles from civilization.

of course, when i said welding i meant with a tig.. no glue epoxy or any other glue there exept the best glue for metal, welding !
do it there and do it once..not 3 times.
