clutch springs

my brother just bought a '98 jag for 200 bucks and it had a broken crank. he bought a crank and redid the top end too, and rode it in the foot of powder we just got. he doesn't like the spring in the clutch, it's yellow and it engages around 5000rpm. i was wondering what the stock spring is if anybody knew? thanks

yeah, i don't know what the kid who had it before my brother was doin...but this thing is beat. plus he has to break in the fresh motor, so 5000 is way to much.

i know on my 98 zr600, the stock springs are yellow. this probably doesnt help much, considering they are different sleds, just thought i'd throw it in. im also assuming that the springs are color coded to tell what they are. i might be wrong though. guess we'll have to wait for SEG.
