trouble codes on arctic cat

hey does anyone know what a trouble code that is 1 long 4 short flashes means?? it is on a 1995 wildcat 700 efi. any answer is a good answer thank you if you can help me.

Yep, manual says, "Open or short in water temp sensor."

i feel pretty dumb i just bought this machine about 2 weeks ago so i dont know anything about efi i usually ride polaris but got this cat cheap and so far it has been a mistake. anyway one of the wires was unplugged i plugged it back in and it doesnt have trouble codes flashing anymore but still has top end/mid range bog at 7500 rpms any ideas on this??? thank you all very much

I have 3 long and one short can someone please tell me where on the net to see the codes.

There is no 3-1 code, it will be 1-3 which is open or short in air intake sensor.
