Question Rubbing suspension question

everytime i jump on my sled i notice that its creaking. Today when we were gettin them ready for the snow (hopefully coming soon) I noticed that what looks like my pivot idler arm is running on the suspension mounting bracket and starting to rut the idler arm out. I KNOW these aren't supposed to be touching. Anyone have an idea of whats going on? Is it a spacer thats needed or are the running boards bent down a little too much for some reason? When I pull up on the running boards they come right away from it but once i let go they snap back down in. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

problem solved. We took out the propane torch and heated up the steel and bent it back to where its supposed to be.
