Question 1998 zr 600 brake problem HELP!

i just took my zr 600 out the other day and relized it was holding back a bit and when i let of the throttle it immediately started to slow up at an unusual rate. I began to ride back and when i got home the break disc was red hot and the pads were riding the disc. I know very little about these breaks and as much information that i could get would be greatly appreciated

You need to remove the caliper and get it moving again using a large clamp or something to work it in and out. It's just seized from sitting.
