Need to adjust the air bleed screws on the carbs. They are small screws on the side of the carbs, kinda diagonally. Not the ones on the side that are larger, those are the idle. Turn both all the way in until lightly seated, then one turn out. That's static adjustment. Then try it, if needed turn both a quarter out, then try, if worse go the other way.
