91 wildcat 700 twin

I have a 91 arctic cat wildcat 700. i bought it last year and it seem to run good, but 1 cylinder continues to foul out plugs. the other keeps the sparkplugs perfect. The cylinder that is fouling out the plugs is getting to much oil to the point it leaks out the exhaust. Is there a way to lean up one cylinder without leaning the other?

Start by cleaning that carb. THen you can lean out the carb by changing the main jet inside the bowl when you clean it. After it's together you can also lean out the low speed circuit after you get it running.
