2000 Zrt 800

I just picked up a 2000 ZRT 800 the guy I bought it from installed a 1" track. I want to stud it. does anyone know if I'd have to worry about damaging the tunnel if I put a 1.25" stud in? Second question: Does anyone know how much of a bar riser I can add without changing cables or brake line?

No clearance issues with that stud height, but keep all of them on the inside portion of the track for longer track life.
You should be able to go 3" with no issues.

Thanks. I bought this sled from a buddy that needed some cash. I'm trying to get my money out of it before it snows but if I end up riding it I'll have to stud it and raise the bars for sure. If you know anyone that might be interested I'll send pics via email. I'm asking $2800 and it's located in White Lake MI.
