2005 f7 efi

i recently bought a 2005 f7 with right arounf twelve hundred miles. I havent ridden the sled yet, but the other day i was getting it ready for when the snow flies. I topped off the oil reservoir, and then started it and now the low oil warning light is on and doesnt want to shut off. Is that just a bad oil level sensor?

I have an 04 f-6 efi and 3 mo after I bought my sled they upsed me a new oil sensor out of the blue with a bullitin with it. I forgot what the bulliten said but I haven't changed the sensor and haven't had a problem. good luck.
