Hello

ok im new here i just bought a a 1994 artic cat 580 ext efi with 3250 miles on it i also got a parts sled with 9,000 miles on with the top end rebuilt i got the 2 of them for $650. From what ive heard they dont stand up two abuse that great so if you had any i dea if theydo or not please post thanks.

With 9000 mi I would say they hold up fantastic! At any time now you will want to freshen that motor with 3250 mi. That sounds like a great deal! Congrats man!

Just be sure to do your basic maintenance and allow proper warm up time for the engines and they will give you many years of fun.

You got a great buy! I'd say the 580 ext will be fine. In the 90's are when sleds got really reliable. If that parts sled runs then might as well use it too!

at 9000 mi the bottom end let go in the parts sled but its got a good 3 quarters of a inch of track left on the good sled but its better than what i had before
