Several Question's I need help with or parts or tools take your pick

OK first off I would like to say thanks for all of the help I have received from this forum. Ok now with my questions.

1. I found a m10 suspension for a arctic cat zrt 800 sled. Will this fit on my 99 Thundercat 1000. I need the smooth suspension due to having major lower spine surgery a few months ago.

2. If the suspension fits on the 1000 will the 1000 suspension fit my other sled which is a 95 zrt 600.

3. I am having an issue with my carbs dumping fuel out of the overflows. The carbs have been rebuilt twice now so that's not the problem I think the problem lies in the fuel pumps do to the fact that if I close the fuel lever a little the carbs act fine.

4. Will the fuel pumps from a95 zrt 800 fit a 95 zrt 600. I see that the pumps have different part numbers so I assume they have a different flow rate does anyone have any idea what the flow rates are for the 2 different fuel pumps.

5. Final question does anyone have a clutch removal tool for the zrt 600 or know of anyone in the lower michigan area that might be able to lend a hand with removing the clutch so I can rebuild the lower end of the motor or better yet if anyone has a complete lower half for sale.

Yes, the M10 will fit.
The suspension from the T-cat will go into the 95 with new front mounting holes drilled. Measure the spacing from the T-cat tunnel from the drive shaft to the front mounts and from the top of the tunnel to the mount hole.
I put an 01 skid into my 93, so it can be done.
Check that the floats are adjusted properly inside the carb bowl. If the float is not high enough, it will not shut off flow.
Most dealers will pop off the clutch either for free, or a small fee.

Well I am located in Brownstown MI about 4 1/2 hrs from Chicago. I am not sure how the crank is I tore the motor down except for the clutch and the cylinder near the clutch has some issues. The cylinder walls ar fine but the crank is rusted really bad it it was locked up when I got the sled home a few weeks ago I put some oil in the cylinders and with a little patients and time I got it to finally free up. Then after it running for about 5 minutes it blew a seal near the clutch and started to spray oil everywhere that's where I'm at now with a torn down engine and a really rusted crank. So do you think the crank will be ok if I soak it and clean it up or should I just look for a new crank. I went to the snowmobile show today in Novi and picked up a few parts for my thundercat 1000 and my wife's currently tore down zrt 600. If I fix her sled that's less guilt and more riding for me. lol
