05 f7efi sno pro apv problems

i have to 2005 f7 efi sno pro, the check engine light is flashing telling me that the power valves arnt working, and the tach works for only a few seconds and then it stops reading, before i had the problem i took the sled apart to go through it, before i even touched the sled everything worked fine, now im having this problem. i have already tried swapping servo motors and an ecu from another f7, nothing changed, can anyone help me???

voltage reg? all connections good? pv cables in spec? valves stuck?
