i think you could wire one up yourself, if you now what your doing with electronics. but if you wire them into the accessory circuit i would think you wouldn't pull too much current away from other things. if your not going to be using them while driving it shouldn't matter.

My Dad's an electrician, so I can trust him. We planned on plugging the strobes into the accessory, like you said, and it wont be hard on the current since they won't even be on all the time! If I get neons also I'll buy a battery pack.

You may want to have the battery pack anyway so that you can turn them on when the sled is not running, especially when you stop at the side of a trail at night.

I just found one here. It says it works for my sled, but is it what I'm looking for?

Well I made the decision (finally) to not drill in the headlight casing. I'll be placing them in the vents, one on each side in the 2nd from the bottom level (See my avatar). That way If I don't like them, I can easily remove them, and with headlight covers they won't be blocked!

I think it'll be safer and look better. Now it won't be blotted out by my 4 headlights.

the ones in the picture are 9 led strips. Since then ive got 24 led strips. very very bright almost too bright. I think ill just keep the 9 leds on. I have 4 strips of nine and like i said a 12 v 2800mah r/c battery pack. The lights shine for around 12 hours before the battery pack needs recharged. Very cool looking. I like it because you can turn your sled off and the lights still shine so you are still visable.

Which one on the list goes would work? The pod or 3-strip LEDs? The 4ft tubes wont work.
