Reverse Add-on to 06 crossfire?

I know I just got the sled and all, but next season we're going to most likely add reverse to my crossfire just as we're adding reverse to my brother's zr this year. Is it even possible on a crossfire? My Dad said that because it's the act-2 drive or something it won't work. Is that so, and how much weight would this add?

Could be possible, but it wasn't designed into it until later.

I spoke with Cat at Hay Days about doing a 06 ZR with ACT! They said NO WAY! So I didn't bythe led! The older ZR is very simple to just change out the cover!

I found out the hard way, just bought one at an auction and didn't realize it till after it was mine! I am getting too old to wrestle a sled like I did a few years ago. But I will figure it out, looks to be a great sled.

About all you can do is replace the rear clutch, jack shaft, chain case, and brakes,as well as the driveshaft and drivers!

Yep KC, the answer is 'park carefully'. Or is it, bid carefully??

I got a bit spoiled with reverse (I envy the electronic 2 stroke reverse over the mechanical one on my XC) but I will learn to live with it at least one season......
