Same here it usually depends who I'm riding with. On a family trip where my mom comes along I'm stuck in the back doing 20 and fouling plugs like crazy on the triple (but you do see many things!). Normally in twisties I do around 30-40 as well then out of a corner I hit whatever speed the sled I'm on will allow.

I prefer a bit of both...Adrenaline is much more fun to ride through its when your reflexes really show! A bit of adrenaline and quick movements saved me from a crash last year...

wow close never take your eyes off the trail...except to look around! well in this case it was a cold, January day, I was riding in a group of 7, and a new snow had fallen overnight so it was slippery. I was following close behind a group member on a 600 when we hit a corner going about 60, and two sleds came out of nowhere. She went into a fishtail and so did I, and out of the corner I almost slid into her! Going through the corner I saw mini-parts fly into the air and I was like "dammit her back end hit their sled!" but it didn't. Apparently the leader of the oncoming group of 2 stopped short in the corner and the person behind hit them dead on, and it wasnt our fault at all! They stopped the members in the back of our group but it wasnt our fault, so we drove away!

yeah that's for sure! Although they didn't do much since I went into a fishtail anyway, but it was because of the new snow.

To be honest I'm not a speed rider I prefer around 35-40. That's taking corners. Then usually 50-55 on straightaways. But I plan on becoming a 50-60 rider this year! I have ridden those speeds before, but not much at all last year.

I started her up the day before Veteran's Day and after sitting for about a month it took 3 pulls to get her going. Is this too much for an EFI?

No, mine does the same thing from sitting all summer.
When you run it regularly, two is all you will need cold.
