Talking Pantera 1000 cooling

I ride a 2001 Pantera 1000, which is my best snowmobile so far. The sled, though, is a hothead. I have boiled the cooling circuit four times till now. It happens almost instantly when riding over icy areas, or when riding slowly or single with overload springs tensioned.

I am tired of this. I have complained to the retailer, who generously suggests to install an extra rear end cooler at my expence. However, it seems a good idea. The Pantera 1000's tunnel coolers look small. My last snowmobile (a Yamaha 700 triple) had larger coolers.

Any advice from You out there?

Im not sure if there were any problems with these, but my dads polaris always had problems because the flap was never long enough and snow never got to the coolers. Also the short lugs on your sled may not carry the neccesary snow the reach them.
I would wait and have someone check it out before putting another cooler in. Find a new dealer maybe?
