Torque specs 99 ZL440 heads

What should the head bolts be torqued to on a 99 ZL 440? how about the bolts where the jug's connect to the block? Sled has about 3500 - 4000 miles on it and I thought it would not be a bad idea to make sure everything is still all tight.
