My friend gave me a 1974 el tigre 400. its sat outside for half a year. i managed to get it started once, but when i gave it gas it didnt move(the gas in the tank is like 2 years old). right now its just sitting around my drive way. what should i do with it?

Drain and clean the gas tank.
Clean the carbs and it will run.
It may also need new plugs as well.
