What causes (plastic)drive sprocket to be chewed up on one side?

Got me skid ripped out and noticed that on the one side of one of the drive sprockets the teeth are chewed/wore down quite a bit. Why? Do they not just turn inside the tracks rubber lugs? What could wear/chew the one side down like that?

Could be the track was not alligned right or that if they changed the sprokets it was not done corectly. What does the track look like?

Track misalignment will constantly wear on one side....

Also take a look at the anti stab tips of the rails is that one chewed up too?
