2003 Firecat F7 bulkhead installation

Anyone know how to put in a bulkhead for a 2003 Firecat F7?? Need some advice or help!!!

If the process is the same as the zr chassis, you will have to take the entire sled apart. When I put the bulkhead in my zr600, the only thing that I didn't remove was the snow flap. Once it is apart you have to drill out all ouf the rivets. When you put the new bulkhead in I would strongly suggest that you get a hold of an air riveter. Depending on skill level, I would say that you are looking at between 20 and 40 hours of labor.
