1993 wildcat 700 basics...

Hey guys first post here, you have a great site..my questions may seem stupid, but I've only ever owned 1970's john Deeres so this sled is like a space ship to me..lol..first, I paid 500$ for it..its clean with new sliders..has 2200 miles..did I do good?..it sat for a year and they couldnt get it started..I literaly cleaned the plugs and tapped the Ignition box and ..vroom vroom!...my questions are: #1..how do make sure its actually a 1993?
#2:.there are too oil containers (plastic)..one is large the other is about 1 inch thick and hooked to the first..90 degrees to it.which is for what?..as far as oil injection mixture or caseoil?
..its all new to me and I dont have a manual*...and I assume it's 2cycle oil for the injection?..sorry for the stupid questions.

One should be a coolant overflow tank, I'm pretty sure?

The one with the green cap is the coolant over flow. The tank with the large cap is the oil tank. Use a 2 stroke oil that is specified as for injector systems only.

Look on the side of the tunnel, just behind the right side foot well. There is a tag there and in the serial # it should have either 92 or 93 in it. This tells year and month of manufacture.
