Help needed with some basics please

I purchased a 2002 ZR 800 EFI cross country. the sled was never really driven much but yet still needs a bit of work (660 miles on it). First off the sled has not been driven in over a year, so I was wondering if I should give it a tune up? and what would that involve? Second, for some reason the suspension in the back sags very low compared to pics I've seen of other sleds and is like riding on a brick! my Dad said it might have a rechargable shock on it that has nothing left in it. not to sure myself, and lastly it idles at about 1100rpm and I was wondering what it should actually idle at (at that rpm it barley stays running and shakes) if you hold the throttle a bit(at about 1650-1700rpm)it runs very smooth. after you drive it a bit and turn it off it won't start again unless you hold the throttle. if anyone could fill me in a bit on this stuff that would be very helpful and thanx for reading my post. Dan

Basically a tune up on that would be to clean the power valves and adjust the servo cables, and a set of plugs! As for the suspension, there is likly something binding up! Loosen the track adjusters and springs, then drop the suspension! Clean and grease all pivot points and cross shafts. And yes the shock may need the oil changed! I use Ed Ingram, give him a call 262-496-5001!
