Aaahhhhhh....
Its acting up again (EFI sled BTW). Drove the sled from the shed to the garage and it was fine. Let it idle before driving out and the RPM;s started to slowly lower(about 30 secounds) from 1500RPM to about 800 then it started to choke and spit(one odd way off describing a bogging I guess) and then just staled. Pulled the cord and rored back to life and was idling good. Put it in reverse then would not go over 4000RPM and would just sound like its caped there eve @ WOT. Let it idle then it whent away came back whent away then I was able to go and put it in? I'm stumped man . The TSS was bypassed BTW. Thanks for the help.

I'l look into that. I was actualy thinking and my secoundary binding might be a proplem. My belt is sticking out of the top of the secoundary about 1/8" to 3/16" and I have been meaning to shim it down but have not had the time to go out and buy the shims. Possible?

Believe me I have thought of it. But then I started thinking how mutch more time I would be loosing fixing the damage from my foot while I could be on the trail. Now back to clutch theory...

Most of my machines have the belt sticking up out of the secondary a tiny bit, which have not caused me any problem. I have even looked at new ones on the showroom floor that stick up a little.

the belt is sussposed to stick up from the secondary about maybe lil less than a half inch if it isnt the spring is wearing out on the secondary dont worry thats a good thing do you have the right belt maybe its too tight and wont let the motor idle try removing it and getting it to run

Possible. Had about 15l of gas in there with Iso in it but went and filled it up with regular strait from the pump. We have also had hot weather whitch could of cause some condensation in the tank. More Iso going in tomorow afternoon.

Ok just went outside real quick to see how she was running. Put some gas line anti-frease while @ it just in case. Started secound pull and died in uder 10 secounds. Poped the plugs out and they where drenched. Swaped them out and she ran but had to keep throtteling it to keep it alive. When you press the gas @ that point all you would get was a humming sounds kinda cause it would not go over aprox 4000 RPM. So I went in the yard and it went good but then It just randomly died out again but was able to start it and put it away. Afte puting it away it just died again and would not start so I left it.
I was told the TPS could be the culprit here flooding the engine but it would not make the engine just cut out like it does IMO. I'm pulling the throttle safety switch wiring that I rednecked and going to sodder all the conections good to make shure that is not where my governed problem is.
Do you guys think its a combination of 2 small problems or just one big one?
Thanks and sorry for long post

The compression is a litle less than 120psi on both cylinders hot I believe. I'l check the oil pump when I go and look it over, thanks.

I checked TPS sensor, air temp sensor, drop resistor and all came back good. By-passed TSS. I think its my spark that is missing . The spark tester gives me a spark only once in a while. Checked the stator and got 363 Ohms and should have 450 +/- 20% so its just in the limit(360ohms).
So is it my stator again? Just replaced it.

The ECU is not flashing codes and the battery has 12v to it, I believe thats more then enought for the ECU to work.
